Jeff Jones, MD

Medical Director

As an original founder of Inspire Medical, Inc. Dr. Jones remains involved in the operations of the company with his primary attention on supporting our physicians and ensuring the satisfaction of our hospital clients. Dr. Jones is available on a 24/7 basis to provide support or consultation to our physicians. He is intimately involved in establishing the best fit between our physician staff members and our hospital clients. He provides support in the resolution of patient concerns, and he assists in establishing the corporate strategic plan.

Robin Smith

Director Of Physician Services

Before becoming the first employee of Inspire Medical, Robin practiced as an LPN in several facilities in Virginia, Hawaii and Kentucky. Prior to that she was a member of the United States Navy where she met her husband. As Director of Physician Services, Robin coordinates the physician and hospital schedules determined to obtain a high degree of satisfaction by all parties. Prior to her present Inspire Medical position Robin carried out the office duties of credentialing, office management, recruiting, interviewing and training.

Molly C. Jones, JD, P.E.

President

One of the founders of Inspire Medical, Molly is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Having at one time or another performed all functions at Inspire (with the exception of patient care), Molly is always ready to assist our physicians or hospital clients with any needs. Through collaboration with Dr. Jeff Jones, she establishes and manages the corporate strategic plan.
